Greetings, Encampment Campers!



We're looking forward to an exciting encampment in September at Wind-in-the-Pines!  Of the submissions we received, 'Survival of the Girl Scouts' was voted most popular and will be our theme this year.  Many other great ideas were submitted and we will recirculate them when it's time to choose our theme for next year.



This year, final encampment registration will be completed individually on line via the Medfield Girl Scouts website.  Whether you choose to pay on line using PayPal or send a check, you must go on line to finalize your registration and to choose your T-shirt size if you wish to purchase one.  We have heard your input and will be collecting one total amount up front which will cover all costs, including food.



Cost break down per girl:

$10   initial registration (already paid by most of you - only required for new registrations)



$25   activities fee (required)

$20   food (required)

$45   due without T-shirt



$  7    T-shirt - optional

$52    due with T-shirt



Please note - PayPal fees are adjusted to cover processing fees charged to our account, as follows:

$10.50 initial registration, $47.25 food & activities fee, $7.50 T-shirt



Please finalize your registration no later than July 21st.  Families with multiple scouts can register up to three girls per family per registration session.

We will send more information as we get closer to encampment weekend.
